Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
Will provide physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the
physician, promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve
optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of the patient's needs
in the least restrictive environment, supervise physical therapy assistants and
techs, ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services, and ensure
that physical therapy services reflecting the facility's mission and standards
are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines,
and regulations.
Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical
Therapist in the state. Prefer experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy
in either Ortho or Neuro.
